About WitchBeWell LLC

My Mission

To guide and empower women (anyone who identifies as a woman!) from feeling crowded out of their own lives and lost in the mundane to feeling more rested, expansive, intuitive, magical, and full of vitality and possibility.

I do this by focusing on reconnecting the mind, body, spirit, and nature through the lens of wholistic herbalism, nature’s rhythms, mindset work, and a dash of witchy practices. I do all this through workshops and community gatherings with the hope of later offering herbal products and individual herbal consults.

My Vision

For all folks who identify as women to feel empowered to live in their authenticity, reclaim rhythm and rest, and feel full of vitality.

Welcome to WitchBeWell LLC

WitchBeWell LLC is a beautiful combination of many of the things that I view as imperative to our wellness as humans and especially for folks who identify as women. Many of the things I teach have been critical to my own healing journey. It is ever evolving and growing as my knowledge and experience grows.

Right now, it is a blend of my nursing experience and work in western medicine, nature's rhythms, wholistic herbalism, and mindset work. I truly hope to provide wholistic health and wellness to the community through a lens that maybe is a bit different than what most people have done before. I enjoy bringing in nature spirituality and secular witchy things that help us bring a bit of magic to our everyday and make growing our wellness more intuitive, playful, and intentional. I love teaching and hosting workshops so people have the tools to support their own health and wellness. My offerings vary from more herbalism focused to things like cyclic living and seasonal gatherings to celebrate changing rhythms of the year and aligning ourselves to that. I love bringing people together and introducing them to new concepts that they can use in their everyday lives. There is certainly power in bringing people together and seeing all the commonalities underlying our human experience.

I think many of our frequently reported symptoms are best addressed wholistically and individually. Simple remedies that are based on nature, along with changes to how we move, think, and nourish our bodies can go a long way. Ultimately, there is room for all kinds of healing both Western and otherwise, and I believe all should be accessible to everyone.

I hope WitchBeWell LLC will be a beautiful brew of health, wellness, nature, mental health, herbalism, inner work, mindset work, and a dash of spirituality and magic.

Eventually, once I am further in my herbal studies, I hope to offer products such as teas and body products as well as individual herbal and health consults.

At this time I am located in Raleigh, North Carolina so my in person offerings are here in my surrounding communities. However, I do offer some virtual workshops and hope to grow this aspect as well!

You may be asking, why the word witch? To me the word witch is empowering and a reclamation of being proud of who you are. It is also a non-gendered word to me. Some of the words I associate with the word "witch" I have included in the acronym below.

Being a witch to me is someone who uses their energy, internal gifts, and real-life tools to help their community and to live a life aligned with personal values. They are the main player in their lives and use what they have available to lead the life they want. They often are deeply connected to themselves and natural rhythms and they understand that thoughts and intentions do impact our lives, decisions, and outcomes. To me, there is nothing woo-woo about it. The word witch for me ignites feelings of mystery, magic, fun, and possibility. However, if the word witch doesn't resonate with you, you are still welcome here and I hope you still find meaning in the offerings I have.
