Burnout Recovery Program
I’m a former burnt out nurse practitioner who left my job without a plan to heal my chronic stress, end people pleasing, and design a life around joy, rest, wellness, and authenticity. I have used earth based wisdom, herbalism, and nature spirituality combined with my internal medicine and behavioral health background to undergo this transformation. I am in the process of creating a coaching program to help women recover from burnout using the integration of all these modalities.
Before building this program, I want to truly understand the women I feel called to serve. I am looking for 10 women who are on the road to burnout and are interested in exploring nature based and spiritual remedies along with a science based approach. I’d love to get on a 30 min call to ask some questions about your experience, struggles, and goals. This is purely research to listen and learn - I will NOT be selling you anything.
